Online Entry Instructions
Begin by creating a new account or by logging in with your existing account if you’ve already created one. You’ll then work through 5 steps to complete your entries:
Step 1 – Enter/Confirm Acts. Simply click on the appropriate Entry Division button to get started with your first act. Enter the required information then repeat Step 1 for every act you want to enter. Click on the Photogenic button for any photogenic entries. When you’ve entered all your acts you’re ready to move on. Click on the Checkout button.
Step 2 – Enter/Confirm Account. This is where you’ll simply confirm your account information, unless you didn’t log in before you started (in that case you’ll receive a prompt to log in or create a new account now). Click on the Continue button to move on.
Step 3 – Confirm Confirmation Method. In this step you’ll confirm the method by which you will receive your entry confirmation from us (email or fax), which will list your performance times. Keep in mind you will not receive your entry confirmation until approximately 10 days prior to the first day of competition. Click on the Continue button to move on.
Step 4 – Confirm Entry Total. Click on the Continue button to move on.
Step 5 – Submit Payment. Credit or Debit Card payment is the only payment option available for online entries.
A few things to keep in mind:
1. Acts submitted online after deadline will only be accepted with prior approval. Contact the TOP office for more information.
2. Acts submitted online will not qualify for the Studio Rebate. Payment via cashier’s check or money order is one of the qualifications for the Studio Rebate.
3. Age Division breakdowns as they are listed online are the minimum number of breakdowns possible. Many shows (based on size) will breakdown even further and be awarded accordingly. Breakdowns will be automatically adjusted where necessary by TOP staff.
4. Contact the TOP office prior to entering your acts if you have competition scholarships you want to use. We’ll provide you a “coupon code” to use during checkout.
